MH REO VENTURE LLC is an REO investment company and has purchased, renovated, leased and/or owner financed distressed single and multi-family homes valued at over $9,000,000. We continue to evaluate and purchase new inventory available on the market. These homes were specifically targeted to serve families in Texas and also Flint, Michigan, home to the many GM automotive plants in the Mac Haik Automotive Group hit hard by the recession. We are currently very active in these markets and acquire new properties for renovation on a monthly basis.
MH REO VENTURE LLC is interested in acquiring properties with unusual opportunities consisting of residential and/or multifamily, commercial, small office, medical and retail.
